At Merlin Pet Grooming Salon, we believe grooming is about much more than appearance. Every appointment is designed to provide a calm, safe and positive experience while delivering the highest standard of care for your dog.

Every Dog Is Different

Every dog has unique needs. Coat type, temperament, grooming history and overall condition all influence the grooming process. For this reason, every appointment is tailored individually rather than following a fixed routine.

Quality Before Speed

We never rush our work. Our focus is on your dog’s comfort, wellbeing and the quality of the final result. Every dog receives the time, patience and attention they deserve.

Coat Assessment

Each appointment begins with a professional assessment of your dog’s coat and skin. If additional time or specialist care is required due to matting, excessive undercoat or coat condition, we will discuss the best grooming plan before we begin whenever possible.

Health & Wellbeing

Please let us know before your appointment if your dog has:

• Medical conditions
• Allergies or skin sensitivities
• Injuries or recent surgery
• Behavioural concerns or anxiety
• A history of biting

This information allows us to provide the safest and most comfortable grooming experience possible.

Arrival

Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. If you are running late, we kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible. Depending on our schedule, the appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to ensure every dog receives the attention they deserve.

Cancellations

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Regular Grooming

Beautiful coats are maintained through regular appointments and proper home care. We are always happy to recommend the ideal grooming schedule and products to help keep your dog’s coat healthy between visits.
